Project Scope : The general scope of the project, with a total area of 17,000 sf, was to transform two separate existing retail spaces into one new space to house the new Great Bay Community College location in Rochester, NH.
Turnstone Corporation and its Design Build team have built a beautiful educational institution that meets the colleges criteria set forth in the original solicitation and have stayed on target with the budget even with the extensive additional work for the specialized Composite Lab area for training in weaving, epoxies and other types of composites.

space that includes a reception area, an enrollment office, classrooms,
an open/study learning center, a testing room, quit study rooms,
conference rooms, offices, a student lounge, a faculty lounge and a new
Composite Lab area, consisting of a loom, a CNC Machine, Auto Clave,
Oven and other miscellaneous specialty equipment.
